OP: FUBAR SNAFU After Action Report

    I had fun, the CTF was the best.  I think that the scenarios were a little slow, but they were still great.  If you guys do more large scale monthly shoots you can probably expect my dad and brother to come out regularly.

    I agree with Weasle.  The Capture the Flag was a lot of action, those games usually are.  The longer scenerio based gaming usually has some slow moments because of strategy involved (making people wait around usually allows infiltration)


    Good action, I didn't hear too much grumbling about not getting hits called.

    I didn't hear any real complaints about hits not getting called.  Just the casual "I swear I hit that guy" as people were walking back to the spawn.  Normal stuff.

    That last game was nuts.  Not sure anyone was going to win that one, especially since I guess I wrapped the flag around the tree?

    The VIP game was a bit slow.  I think the hit team was 3 or 4 members too few, especially to be able to get to the VIP.  Not sure what their respawn was either.

    It seems capture the flag games with unlimited respawn never end. There should be a time limit, then after that, the horn sounds and everyone has to charge in. Last one standing with the flag wins! Good times Yesterday.

    Ya, I thought about yelling "NO MORE RESPAWNS" near the end there... but figured not everyone would hear it.  Blew the horn and called it instead.

    Super bummed I couldn't make it out (stupid back) Sounds like everyone had a good time.

     Time for some rehab and I'll try to make it out asap!

    Haha, but seriously been trying to get the girlfriend out. She wants to, and supports my unecessary spending.

    I just need to get healthy so I can play.

    No you don't,... just play a support role, you know.. sit back and do long range covering fire to keep heads down while your team moves in and takes them out.  Its not the funnest role, but it makes your team more effective usually.

    Come on out and make sandwiches for everyone,  tend the ice cooler being a bartender,  just come out and hang with us dead guys at base camp.  it is all fun.
